Jiubo Calcium Chloride Production Line is a highly efficient and automated system designed for the large-scale production of anhydrous calcium chloride (CaCl₂). The production process includes calcium liquid preparation, drying, and granulation, ensuring a high-purity output of over 95%. The system incorporates advanced environmental protection measures, such as desulfurization and washing, to ensure compliance with emission standards.

Key Process Features

The granulation system utilizes spray fluidized bed drying technology, which increases heat exchange efficiency by enlarging the material’s contact area and reducing energy consumption. The specialized air distribution structure ensures optimal fluidization and facilitates the discharge of large particles or agglomerated materials.

With a low outlet gas temperature, the system achieves high thermal efficiency while minimizing energy waste. The equipment selection can be adjusted based on production yield, allowing flexibility to meet the needs of different clients.

The drying process is designed to minimize material loss, and exhaust gases are treated with environmental protection equipment before being safely discharged. The system is fully automated, ensuring stable operation even with fluctuations in feed quantity and moisture content. Additionally, it is easy to operate, requires minimal maintenance, and has a long service life.

The production line utilizes hydrochloric acid and limestone as raw materials, making it compatible with various sources of hydrochloric acid, including:

HCl from ionic membrane caustic soda production
Byproduct hydrochloric acid from PCl₃, MCA, Na₂SO₄, and K₂SO₄ production
Hydrochloric acid from high-test bleaching powder mother liquor
