Fiberglass Reinforced Electrolytic Cells are engineered using a patented monolithic casting process that combines advanced composite materials to ensure long-term durability, chemical resistance, and structural integrity. These cells are specially designed for high-performance metal refining operations, such as copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt, and lead production.
Electrolytic cells are designed, built, and installed to meet the most stringent requirements of tankhouse operators worldwide. Their primary goal is to ensure uninterrupted operation throughout the plant’s lifespan—maximizing the output of high-purity metal while ensuring absolute safety for personnel and the environment.
Moreover, fiberglass reinforced electrolytic cells are engineered to accommodate ongoing improvements in the electrolytic process. They integrate seamlessly with upgrades to surrounding equipment such as anodes, cathodes, caps, boards, crane systems, electrolyte agitation devices, acid mist controls, and thermal insulation—ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and adaptability in modern refining facilities.
