These cells are specially designed for high-performance metal refining operations, such as copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt, and lead production.
Electrolytic cells are designed, built, and installed to meet the most stringent requirements of tankhouse operators worldwide. Their primary goal is to ensure uninterrupted operation throughout the plant’s lifespan—maximizing the output of high-purity metal while ensuring absolute safety for personnel and the environment.
Moreover, fiberglass reinforced electrolytic cells are engineered to accommodate ongoing improvements in the electrolytic process. They integrate seamlessly with upgrades to surrounding equipment such as anodes, cathodes, caps, boards, crane systems, electrolyte agitation devices, acid mist controls, and thermal insulation—ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and adaptability in modern refining facilities.

Product Structure
Electrolytic cells are cast monolithically based on a patented, three-layer composite material system:
The inner layer is constructed from multiple layers of fiber-reinforced vinyl ester resin (FRP), forming a monolithic chemical barrier that complies with international standards. This layer ensures excellent impermeability and long-lasting resistance against corrosive electrolytes, making it ideal for continuous exposure in harsh environments.
The intermediate layer is a structural core made from specially formulated polymer concrete. This patented material is engineered for low thermal expansion, which reduces thermal stress and enhances dimensional stability, ensuring that the cell retains its integrity and performance throughout its lifecycle.
The external layer provides an additional shield of FRP, protecting the core structure from mechanical damage, splashes, and chemical spills. For extreme operating environments, this outer layer can be customized with multi-directional fiber reinforcement for enhanced impact resistance and structural support.

Enhanced Structural Safety
Reinforced with external seismic blocks and an internal FRP bar mesh system, the cell maintains structural integrity even under extreme conditions, ensuring safety for personnel and infrastructure.
Optimized System Integration
