The mold on this production line offers remarkable flexibility. Besides producing grid plates with the standard 4920mm length, it can also manufacture plates with lengths of 3660mm and 4000mm. Since its launch, this production line has won widespread acclaim from glass – steel grille manufacturers. 1. Flexible Size Specifications
- Mold and Product Dimensions: Forming mold measures 1220×4920×40mm. It can produce both standard and non – standard boards like 1220×3660mm and 1220×4000mm.
- Module Dimensions: Upper module: 311×31.1mm, lower: 33.1×33.1mm, height: 40mm. Deviation controlled within 0.08mm; custom sizes available.
2. Reliable Product Quality
- Exquisite Module Craftsmanship: Modules made of #45 steel go through 8 – step processing including sawing, milling, and hard chrome plating. Plating layer is 0.05 – 0.07mm, ensuring durability.
- Stable Product Performance: Product center – to – center distance: 381×38.1mm, height: 38mm, rib thickness: 5/7mm. Weight: 19.5kg per sqm, with stable performance.
3. User – friendly Appearance and Design
- Color Customization: Custom colors available; default is general – purpose motor gray.
- Adjustable Design: Mold size: 1300×5730×850mm. Height adjustable according to production process; usually ≤750mm for single – yarn pulling.
4. High – quality and Durable Key Components
- Excellent Material for Mold Main Body: Top plate: 14mm S45C steel, milled and polished. Bottom plate: 14mm Q235A steel, machined by gantry mill.
- Superior Performance of Moving Parts: Moving parts use 25 – mm S45C steel plate, precisely milled and supported by 8 45 – mm square steels. Cylinder: 110mm diameter, 350mm length; cylinder pillow of forged Q235A steel for high pressure resistance.
