Product Introduction

FRP/GRP grating is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant structural component made from unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix and glass fiber roving as the reinforcing material. It can be produced using two primary methods: molding on metal molds or pultrusion, forming a durable, integrated structure under heat. The fiberglass content exceeds 30% by weight, ensuring excellent mechanical properties.

FRP grating features a smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance while maintaining superior lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, fire retardancy, anti-slip properties, electrical insulation, impact resistance, and easy machinability. It is widely used as walkways, platforms, stair treads, trench covers, and work floors in industries such as power generation, sewage treatment, oil refining, and marine engineering.

With its long service life and maintenance-free nature, FRP grating is an ideal alternative to traditional materials, providing safety, durability, and cost efficiency in harsh environments. Various surface options are available, including concave top, smooth finish, gritted top, grit-covered surface, flat top, and decorative plating, to meet different application requirements.
