It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, and environmental industries for air purification and gas scrubbing.
Working Principle
The absorption system typically includes an absorption tower, circulation tank, pump, blower, and exhaust pipeline. Tail gas enters the tower from the bottom and moves upward through the packing layer, while scrubbing liquid is sprayed from the top, creating effective gas-liquid contact for absorption. A demister at the top of the tower captures moisture before the purified gas exits. This countercurrent design ensures high removal efficiency of contaminants such as acid mist, ammonia, or sulfur compounds.
The tower can be customized in structure, size, and material (FRP or PP lining) according to different working conditions and gas compositions, making it a reliable and adaptable solution for industrial emission control.

FRP is a composite material composed of glass fiber and resin, which has high strength, corrosion resistance and good plasticity. Its relative density is between 1.5 and 2.0, and its tensile strength is close to or even exceeds that of carbon steel.
