SMC tanks adopt a modular panel design, allowing flexible assembly into custom sizes and capacities ranging from 0.125 m³ to 1000 m³. While the standard height is limited to 4 meters, the length and width can be extended as needed. Each tank is constructed by joining molded panels with sealing materials, metal fittings, and pipe connections, ensuring watertight performance and structural integrity.
FRP water tanks are lightweight, impact-resistant, and built to withstand harsh weather conditions and demanding environments. They are ideal for water storage in residential, commercial, and industrial applications where hygiene, longevity, and easy maintenance are essential.

Installation Process
1. Foundation and Support Preparation
Ensure the foundation is level and stable, typically using concrete strip beams or steel frame structures.
Install steel channel bases and adjust the level to provide reliable support for the tank structure.
2. Component Check & Layout
Verify the quantity and quality of tank panels, bolts, seals, bracing, and other components.
Pre-arrange the panels to familiarize with the assembly position, ensuring efficient installation.
3. Bottom Panel Installation
Start from one corner and lay the bottom panels one by one, inserting sealing strips at the panel joints.
Secure the bottom panels with bolts to ensure flatness and sealing.
4. Side and Top Panel Installation
Install the four side panels in sequence, followed by the top panel.
Ensure proper panel orientation and tighten bolts to maintain overall verticality and flatness.
5. Bracing and Pipe Installation
Install the internal bracing system to reinforce the structural stability of the tank.
Simultaneously, install the inlet and outlet pipes, drain outlets, overflow ports, manholes, and other accessories.
6. Inspection and Commissioning
Perform a thorough inspection of bolts and sealing strips to ensure no loosening or omissions.
Conduct a water pressure test to confirm there are no leaks, then clean the interior and complete the commissioning.
