Product Introduction
FW-25000 FRP Vertical Tank Filament Winding Machine is the most advanced winding machine (hereinafter called Winding Machine) with a super-large diameter, developed by our company by absorbing foreign advanced technology. It is controlled by a computer and is specially designed for on-site winding of large-caliber FRP tanks. This machine can produce FRP tanks with diameters ranging from 4m to 25m using a suitable mandrel.
The control center of this machine is an industrial computer made in Taiwan. Once the parameters of the winding product are input, the computer automatically completes the tank’s linearity design and controls the combined movement of mandrel rotation and trolley shifting, ensuring that the fiberglass impregnated with resin is precisely placed on the inner liner in an orderly manner. This winding machine integrates advanced technology and science, with functions such as mandrel rotation, trolley shifting, and roving layout all precisely controlled by computer software. The FRP products wound by this machine are widely used in the chemical industry, petroleum, brewery, and other fields.
