The FW-4500 FRP/GRP Pipe Filament Winding Machine is a highly efficient and advanced production line specifically designed for the manufacturing of FRPM pipe (Reinforced Plastics Mortar Pipe). This production line consists of several key components, such as the inner layer manufacturing machine, computer control adding mortar-winding machine, curing station, repairing machine, mould unloading machine, and resin mix station.

The control center utilizes Taiwan’s advanced STD industrial control computer. Once the parameters of the wound products are input into the computer, the linear design for winding is automatically completed. The system then controls the combined movements of the mound rolling speed and the carriage, ensuring precision in the winding process. The addition of mortar in the winding process helps to reduce costs and improve the pipe’s stiffness without compromising the leak-proof or structural layers.

Compared to conventional FRP pipes, FRPM pipes produced by this line can reduce costs by up to 40% while significantly improving overall mechanical strength. The final products are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, low in internal roughness, and highly cost-effective. They are widely used in water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation, petrochemical projects, marine engineering, and sewage treatment.

  1. The winding machine adopts Siemens electric components and Taiwan Yanhua industrial computer with a user-friendly bilingual interface. Advanced software ensures precise roving arrangement and flexible winding parameters.
  2. The control system supports manual, semi-automatic, and full-automatic modes, with stepless speed regulation and safety protection.
  3. Resin and curing agents are automatically mixed and accurately delivered. Frequency-controlled sand feeding and double-layer sand adding ensure stable mortar distribution and optimal resin absorption.
  4. Four extrusion devices compact the wound pipe, improving strength while reducing material cost.
  5. The inner layer machine features hydraulic lifting and consistent resin wrapping. Power systems ensure smooth trolley operation with adjustable drive mechanisms.
  6. Energy-efficient infrared curing station provides stable heating with dual-zone control to reduce energy use.
  7. Repairing machine with water spray reduces dust and extends grinder life.
  8. Mould-unloading machine uses hydraulic and capstan systems for efficient demoulding and supports pipes of various diameters.
  9. Supports both top and bottom sand adding methods for greater process flexibility.
