The Sulfuric Acid Production Line is an advanced and fully automated system designed for the efficient and environmentally friendly production of sulfuric acid. The production process consists of four key sections: Sulfur Melting, Sulfur Combustion and Conversion, Drying and Absorption, and Finished Product Handling. This integrated system ensures high purity, energy efficiency, and minimal emissions, making it an ideal solution for industrial sulfuric acid production.

Production Process
- Sulfur Melting Section
Solid sulfur is melted in a quick-melting sulfur pot and then filtered to remove impurities. The refined liquid sulfur is stored in heated storage tanks before being pumped into the combustion system. To maintain optimal processing conditions, all sulfur storage and transport systems are equipped with steam heating and insulation. - Sulfur Combustion and Conversion Section
The liquid sulfur is atomized and burned in a sulfur combustion furnace, producing SO₂ gas. The gas is then cooled in a waste heat boiler before entering a multi-stage catalytic conversion system, where SO₂ is converted into SO₃ with a total conversion rate of ≥99.8%. The heat generated during conversion is recovered and used to produce superheated steam, enhancing overall energy efficiency. - Drying and Absorption Section
SO₃ gas is absorbed in a 98% sulfuric acid circulation system through a three-tower, two-tank process. The system minimizes SO₂ dissolution in the final product and ensures a highly efficient absorption process. Stainless steel pipes with anode protection are used for long-term stable operation, and environmental protection measures, including tail gas washing, prevent pollution during plant startup. - Finished Product Section
The 98% sulfuric acid produced is cooled and transferred to storage tanks with a total capacity of 1,000 tons. The system allows for precise monitoring and handling of finished acid, ensuring product quality and safety.
