Product Introduction

Jiubo S/F Dual-Layer Oil Storage Tank is a safe, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective solution for fuel storage. Designed with a dual-layer structure, it combines the strength of steel (S) for the inner tank, which directly stores petroleum, diesel, and other fuels, with the corrosion-resistant properties of fiberglass (F) for the outer shell, which is in contact with the soil. This design ensures excellent durability, isolation, and long-term performance.

Manufactured using advanced equipment, the tank features an interlayer clearance between the internal steel layer and the external FRP layer. A high-precision monitoring system is connected to this space, continuously detecting any potential leaks, enhancing safety, and preventing environmental contamination. Safety

1. Inner layer: Adopting premium Q235 – B steel plate, it is thicker than the common single layer steel tank (5mm thick) and the strength is improved sharply.
2. Outer layer: The thickness of FRP lamination is more than 4 mm. It possesses excellent properties such as compression – resistant, shock – resistant, corrosion – resistant and electrochemical corrosion – resistant.
3. The inter – layer space is formed by sole technology; the leakage detector keeps 24 – hours monitoring, to avoid the hidden trouble absolutely.

Environment protection

1. The outer FRP lamination can prevent the contamination of the soil and water source caused by the leakage.
2. The outer FRP lamination can’t produce an electrochemical reaction with underground water or salt water.
3. The outer FRP lamination can’t produce a chemical reaction with gasoline, diesel, and lead-containing gasoline.
4. The installation of the leakage detector is convenient. Just insert the sensor into the monitoring pipe. The output will be connected with the monitoring device and power source, and then it can keep monitoring for 24 hours.
5. It is very convenient to check and maintain the leakage monitoring system, and protect the soil and water ecological environment.

Economy

1. The service life of the S/F double-layer oil tank is 3 to 5 times that of the common single-layer oil tank, at least 30 years. The convenient installation can shorten the construction period and decrease the cost input.
2. The remote monitoring system is convenient for the daily and periodic inspection and test; the digital control can release the complicated manual operation.
